The 'reserve' option is your own section here that you can add to and ship from when you wish. If there is any postage to pay you do that at when you ship. To ship your reserves you just follow the 'Send my available reserves' link on the 'MY ACCOUNT' page. Make sure you have nothing in your basket before you go to your account page to ship your reserves or it will not work. If you want to ship them with something else then just checkout the new order and you will get them all together. If there is a pre-order that has not been released when you ship your reserves it will go into your section when it's released ready for the next time you ship. You will have paid the postage on it already when going with your next shipment but, if you wish to send it without adding anything you would need to pay 1 x 12" postage to get it sent.
When ordering a gift voucher the voucher code will show at the final stage of the checkout at the bottom of the confirmation.
You can change your shipping address when you ship the order via the 'send my available reserves' link on your account page.
If a record does not arrive by the expected release date the system will automatically push it 2 weeks forward but we will not know when it is going to arrive until the day before it actually does
When a reserve order is placed we have to then pick the records and bring them up to our reserve system library, in this time the records will show as unavailable but the moment they have been scanned into your section they will be moved to the ready to ship section right away.
When using your free shipping everything before that point including pre ordered items are set to the value of £0 (pre orders do not hold there value for the next shipment) This is why we give the option to wait or ship right away, If you would like to ship now for free you will require another £50's worth of new reserve orders from this point on wards to qualify for free shipping it again.
This is the new law which came in on the 1st of July, all Australian orders are subject to 10% tax and we now have to do an Australian tax return here in the UK.

If you have not received a tracking email when we dispatched the order for you, this is mean it was sent via the Royal Mail and without tracking. 99% of mail does arrive these days as the world is now set up to deliver parcels but if you were to be very unlucky then we would re-send it for you anyway, don't worry. Before re-sending we would have to allow: UK - 14 days EU - 30 Days Rest Of World - 90 days
Please send an email to to contact@redeyerecords.co.uk with a photo of the damaged record, your order number, and the name of the record in question, we can then process a replacement for you.
If there is no damaged on the surface then it's just the way the record is cut and all copies will be the same. Records are identical by their nature. In this case if you don't want to keep it because you don't like the quality of the record then you can return it for a refund or credit.
We are able to cancel any orders up to 14 days of purchase, just email us with the order number and let us know which record/s from the order you wish to cancel or if it's the whole order. If you would like to cancel a outstanding pre order that is okay. The email for both would be contact@redeyerecords.co.uk.
We are currently working on integrating live DHL quotes to the checkout process for all rest of world orders, If you are in the rest of the world and would like to upgrade your order to courier shipping please ship via the link on your account page (this will charge you the rate for Air Mail) email us as soon as you have done this and request DHL shipping and we will then manually get a quote for you and let you know the extra charge to upgrade.

We are supplied dates from the distributors for most of the records we list for PRE ORDER but they are always estimated dates for when the record will arrive.
