Stock orders placed before 5.00 GMT are sent that day apart from Saturday and Sunday.

Although we do our part and send all orders on time, we can from time to time be let down by the postal service so if a parcel is a little on the drag please keep this in mind.
A 'reserve' order is an order that you choose when it ships, this is how it works:
The 'reserve' order option is chosen by you at checkout, or forced when placing an order that contains a pre-order. Your order will be placed in your own reserve section at Redeye that you can add to and ship from whenever you wish. If there is any postage to pay you do that at when you ship. The benefit of it being a 'reserve' order is that you can then add anything to it while you wait for the pre-orders to become available.
To ship your reserves you just follow the 'Send my available reserves' link on the 'MY ACCOUNT' page.
There will not be anything in your basket as you are not ordering any records.
Make sure you have nothing in your basket before you go to your account page to ship your reserves or it will not work.
If you want to ship them with something else then just checkout the new order and all your available reserve records will automatically be shipped with your new order.
If there is a pre-order record that has not been released when you ship your reserves it will go into your reserve section once it has been released. This will then be sent next time you ship your reserve items .You will have paid the postage on it already from shipping your previous reserve order(s).
How to send your Reserve Orders
Pre-orders can be placed singularly to ship when they arrive here or as 'reserve' orders which are held in your 'reserve' section here until you ship them via the link on your account page.
If you are ordering more than one pre-order or a pre-order and anything else the order will be placed as a 'reserve' order by default. The reason for this is that you can then still add to that order when you wish or ship what's in stock for you at any point.
As soon as each pre-order arrives for you we send an email so you can track what's in your 'reserve' section.
If you want to add releases to an exisiting order you can do this via the checkout page.
Providing your order hasn't been despatched, you will see an 'add to existing orders' option. Select this and the items in your current order will be added to your previous order and the shipping recalculated to make it as cheap as possible.
We utilise Braintree for secure online card payment authorisation and settlement. All payments taken via Braintree are entered on a secure page using SSL encryption.
Saving cards: We also offer you the ability to save your card details securely to enable a quicker checkout process. Card details are all stored securely on Braintree servers.
We also accept payments through PayPal. All payments taken via PayPal are entered on a secure page using SSL encryption.
All prices shown on this website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
V.A.T. of 20% does not apply to orders made outside the E.U. This will be discounted from your order total.
Red Eye Records accepts only payments by credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB). Your card will be charged in UK Pounds and converted to your currency at current rate by your card issuer. You are responsible for having sufficient funds on your account. We do not take payments by any other methods.
All the prices on the web site are in UK Pounds. V.A.T. of 20% does not apply to orders made outside the E.U. We reserve the right to amend our prices without prior notice. In the event of any price changes we will contact you before shipping to obtain your confirmation. Orders are accepted subject to availability. The automatic email confirmation you may receive does not constitute order confirmation.
All orders placed before 5.30pm GMT are sent on that day - three/four days for Europe - five days for zone one - five to seven days to zone two. Delivery time may vary.
Refunds and order cancellation
Orders that are returned to us in resalable condition within 14 days of receiving the order will be refunded.
Reserve orders can not be cancelled after 14 days, we can't provide this service if people return orders for obvious reasons.
We cannot take responsibility for damages or incurred in transit such as broken records. If you requested your package to be sent by recorded service and it has been lost in mail, please contact us and we will investigate the matter.
We take the privacy of our customers seriously, and only collect information in order to fulfill customer orders, provide information via e-mail or seek your feedback regarding our services.Â We do not sell or share mailing lists or customer information with any other companies or individuals.
