Payment Options

Red Eye Records accepts only payments by credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Switch/Maestro, Electron, and Solo). Your card will be charged in UK Pounds and converted to your currency at current rate by your card issuer. You are responsible for having sufficient funds on your account. We do not take payments by any other methods.

Prices

All the prices on the web site are in UK Pounds. V.A.T. of 17.5% does not apply to orders made outside the E.U. We reserve the right to amend our prices without prior notice. In the event of any price changes we will contact you before shipping to obtain your confirmation. Orders are accepted subject to availability. The automatic email confirmation you may receive does not constitute order confirmation.

Delivery

All orders placed before 5.30pm GMT are sent on that day for next day delivery in the UK - three/four days for Europe - five days for zone one - five to seven days to zone two. Delivery time may vary.

Orders over £35 going to the mainland UK placed before 4.30pm GMT are sent that day for next day delivery bar weekends.

Refunds and order cancellation

Orders that are returned to us in resalable condition within 14 days of receiving the order will be refunded. Orders can be cancelled at anytime before dispatch.

We cannot take responsibility for damages or incurred in transit such as broken records. If you requested your package to be sent by recorded service and it has been lost in mail, please contact us and we will investigate the matter.
